Drinks
To start the evening festively, we can welcome your guests with a sparkling glass of prosecco or champagne. For other drinks, you can choose from a bar assortment, calculated based on the number of guests. For small groups, there is also the option to charge the drinks based on post-calculation. Expanding the assortment with delicious cocktails or summer beer types, it’s all possible!
Food
LUNCH Lekker lunchen aan zee? Voor gezelschappen tot circa veertig personen hebben we een keuze menu samengesteld. Uw gasten hebben de keuze uit drie voorgerechten en drie hoofdgerechten, aansluitend serveren we een dessert. De keuze kan op de middag zelf gemaakt worden. DINER Met de zonsondergang op de achtergrond genieten van een heerlijk diner; bij Bries dekken we graag voor u de tafel. Voor gezelschappen tot circa veertig personen serveren we een keuzemenu, waarin u steeds het seizoen proeft. Komt u met een groter gezelschap, dan kunt u kiezen voor een buffet of een live barbecue, waarbij onze chefs op de lavagrill de heerlijkste gerechten bereiden, met u en uw gasten als ooggetuige! WALKING DINNER Liever niet aan tafel, maar wel een culinaire invulling van de avond? Ook dat behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Gedurende de avond worden verschillende kleine gerechtjes geserveerd, die samen een volledig diner vormen. Op deze manier kunnen de gasten onder het genot van een drankje gezellig bijpraten en worden ze steeds weer smakelijk verrast!
